29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting: On or about 9/11/2019 throughout the facility workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the employer failed to train the workers on how to use the portable fire extinguishers, where workers are expected to fight incipient level fires.
