29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xv): Cutting or welding was permitted not only in areas that were or had been made fire safe: (a) On or about August 31, 2018 employees at the site were exposed to fire hazards when welding and cutting was performed within 10 feet of a creosote tank containing creosote with a flash point of approximately 190.4 degrees F.
