29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about January 30, 2018, fit testing was not provided to employees required to wear 3M full face and half face cartridge tight fitting respirators. Employees paint and sweep sand out of the tanks, exposing employees to inhalation hazards.
