29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(3)(ii): The employer did not prohibit the removal of chromium (VI) from protective clothing and equipment by blowing, shaking, or any other means that dispersed chromium (VI) into the air or onto an employee's body: a) Painting/Sanding Department: On March 13, 2025, an employee was observed shaking out a Tyvek suit potentially containing Hexavalent Chromium dust into the general work area. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with Hexavalent Chromium exposure.
