29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a)Rapid Packaging Company, Inc. at 1310 West 7th Avenue, Brookings, SD 57006: On or about and at times prior to January 7, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the General Gluer, Model L 5065 had adequate guarding covering the chain and sprocket on the right and left sides. This condition exposed employees to caught in and amputation hazards.
