29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(v): Employees did not wear protective equipment for the eyes or face wherever there was danger of injury to the eyes or face from electric arcs or flashes or from flying objects resulting from electrical explosion. On or about December 3, 2024, and at times prior, employees work in and around energized circuits without personal protective equipment for the eyes and face to protect from flying objects due to electrical explosion.
