29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Each hand-fed circular ripsaw was not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw of being thrown back on the operator: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while working with a table saw (i.e. JET - Model No. JTAS-10DX - Serial No. 19051424) that lacked a spreader.
