29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: 1. On or about February 22, 2024, at the main warehouse employees were exposed to an electrical hazards while using power strip whose strain relief had been damaged. 2. On or about February 22, 2024, at warehouse #2 employees were exposed to electrical hazards while using a circular saw and an extension cord whose strain relief was damaged.
