29 CFR 1910.134(e)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure follow-up medical examinations for employees were completed prior to fit testing and use of respirators at the workplace: (a)Wheeler Tank Manufacturing, Inc. at 4001 North 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to February 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure all employees who were required to wear a respirator were provided a medical evaluation prior to use. Note: The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator.
