29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) South Stacker - The even ender did not have guarding on the chains and sprockets, 38 inches to 47 inches above the work platform, at the motor (driven) end, exposing employees to a caught in hazard, on or about January 30, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
