29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Where industrial trucks were used around-the-clock, they were not examined after each shift. a) Facility-Wide - The employer did not perform a daily examination of power industrial trucks to check for defects prior to operation, exposing employees to potential struck-by and crushed-by hazards, on or about October 11, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
