29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension: (a) On or about 08/31/2023, and at times prior, the 120V energized temporary lighing was hung from the extension cord and not the hooks listed in the labeling, exposing workers to an electrical shock hazard.
