29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a)JGM, Inc. dba JGM Fabricators & Constructors LLC located at 1201 Valley Road Coatesville, PA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer did not provide a fit testing to all employees required to wear respirators, exposing them to harmful and hazardous chemicals. The employer required employees to wear half respirators such as, but not limited to Miller LPR-100 with P100 filters, while performing abrasive blasting operations.
