29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about June 5, 2023, employees were exposed to contact with rotating saw blade when cross cutting dimensional hardwood and sawing Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) on the SawStop table saws located in the Cab Shop and the employer had not ensured the blade guards were installed.
