29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: WORKSHOP// 214 FOOD TERMINAL PLAZA, NEW HAVEN, CT: On or about March 20, 2023, the employees, as " affected and other types" were not provided with training and information in the controlling of potentially hazardous and unexpected releases of energy sources (lo/to) during servicing and maintenance of equipment, such as (but not limited not limited to) #1 and #2 kettles.
