29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were attached to building surfaces: At the worksite located at 1600 W 8th Street, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that flexible cords and cables were used when attached to the building surfaces. 1. Relocatable power tap affixed to a peg board workstation with rechargeable batteries plugged in to charge. 2. Orange extension cord affixed to building surfaces in the spray room. 3. Relocatable power tap affixed to a building post in the spray room.
