29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) On or about October 4, 2022, the employer did not assess the company hazardous energy control program annually to ensure machine specific energy control procedures were current, and that authorized employees were correctly implementing energy control procedures when performing maintenance and servicing work on equipment and associated processes.
