29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Power industrial trucks. Maintenance of industrial trucks. Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel. a) On or about April 29, 2022, employer did not removed forklift from service after the horn and/or alarm was not working while driver was operating the forklift and going in reverse.
