29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: a) Empire Marble and Granite, LLC./5 Chris Court/Dayton, NJ 08870 - Facility & Work Sites: Employees handling installation of finished piecework were not provided training and information for the chemicals they were exposed to, including but not limited to: - Tenax Ager -granite sealer (contains Methanol, Dibutyltin Dilaurate) - V-Max SV9 - stone adhesive (contains Vinyl Ester Resin, Styrene) - Crown Lacquer Thinner (contains Methanol, Heptane, Acetone) - etc. Condition noted on or about 4/21/2022.
