29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) a) Pioneer Enterprises LLC., doing business as, C&R Recyclers LLC, located at 19242 State Route 576 in Pioneer, Ohio: On or about January 21, 2022 the employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals is their work area. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with propane such as, but not limited to, dizziness, confusion, asphyxia and frostbite when refurbishing propane tanks.
