29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o)(a): On or about April 28, 2021, the employer did not install guards on the following vertical belts that exposed employees to caught-in hazards: a. The belts on top of the CME pellet machine. b. The vertical belt on the west side of the red Van Dale mixer.
