29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: a) Outside of Shop, Near Roll-up Door - On or about July 14, 2020, the distance between the top of the safety guard and the left wheel and the distance between the tongue guard and the right wheel exceeded one-fourth inch on the Craftsman bench grinder, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards from the wheel and the material being grinded.
