29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations of 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this paragraph: a)New Angus, LLC dba DemKota Ranch Beef at 13 135th Street in Aberdeen, SD 57401: On or about and at times prior to January 27, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical hazards in that the lighting used in the Harvest Knife Room near the bench grinders was wired using flexible temporary cords and had been in place for at least two years. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
