29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. 900 Fairmount Ave., Elizabeth, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that hazardous energy control training was provided to authorized employees. Employees engaged in maintenance and servicing of powered industrial equipment were not provided training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, and the effective methods necessary to isolate all forms of hazardous energy. Violation occurred on or about February 5, 2020
