29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about December 11, 2019, in the Shop, employees utilized table saws without an appropriate hood or barrier guard in the following instances: a) Interwood G-1011, b) Grizzly G0606X1, and c) Grizzly G9957. Central City Millworks, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019858, Citation number 01, Item number 002 and was affirmed as Final Order on 8/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2610 Second Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
