29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A.) Microtech Knives, Inc., 300 Chestnut Street Ext., Bradford, PA 16701, tumbling area, on or about December 12, 2019 and times prior thereto: A relocatable power tap (power strip) was wire/zip tied to a wood structure that held and supported a lighting fixture above a work bench. The relocatable power tap was not used or installed in accordance to its listing and labeling in that the relocatable power tap was permanently secured to the work bench as a substitute for fixed wiring. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
