29 CFR 1910.107(g)(1): Spraying was conducted outside of predetermined spraying area(s). On or about December 10, 2019, at the powder shop, the employer did not ensure that flammable liquid coatings were sprayed within the spray area. An employee was standing beyond the spray booth wall and beyond the spray booth ceiling spraying flammable liquid coatings. Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards during spray operations using flammable coatings.
