29 CFR 1926.652(c)(4)(iii): At least one copy of the design shall be maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system. After that time, the design may be stored off the jobsite, but a copy of the design shall be made available to the Secretary upon request: (a) On or about October 25, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to crushing and cave in hazards while constructing an outfall structure in an excavation 16 feet or more in depth where sheet piling was used in the vicinity of Fourth Avenue NW & Tenth Street NW in Minot, North Dakota.
