29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(iii): Each employee was not protected from falling into a stairway floor hole by a fixed guardrail system on all exposed sides, except at the stairway entrance: The employer does not ensure sides and edges of stairway openings are provided with guardrails. This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, in the second level electrical storage area, the floor opening leading to the stairway was not provided with guardrails, exposing employees to the hazard of falls. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure floor opening leading to the stairway is properly guarded.
