29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to lead hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities were exposed to lead hazards in that the employer did not ensure initial monitoring was performed for each work operation to accurately determine the airborne concentration of lead.
