29 CFR 1910.141(e): Where employees were required by a particular standard to wear protective clothing because of the possibility of contamination with toxic materials, the employer did not provide change rooms equipped with storage facilities for street clothes and separate storage facilities for the protective clothing: a) In the T-1 Shop, on or about May 1, 2019 - The employer failed to provide a change room for a Burner who was exposed to hexavalent chromium in dust and fumes while using an ESAB Powercut 1250 plasma cutter and abrasive disc to split panels overlayed with Inconel.
