29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a) 3 Terminal Road, New Brunswick, NJ - Tablet Press/Encapsulation Department/Warehouse The employer did not provide adequate respiratory protection training to employees required to wear N95 dust masks, and full face respirators while performing work duties such as but not limited to adding powdered dietary supplement products to tablet press hoppers and cleaning coating pans with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to caustic soda containing sodium hydroxide (98%). Condition observed on or about 3/15/19. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
