29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 11/7/2018, at the kitchen area of Bokamper's Sport Bar & Grill, 3115 NE 32nd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, employees were not provided with information and training for hazardous chemicals used for cleaning activities, such as, but not limited to; Lime-A-Away (with a pH of 0.1 to 0.2), Apex Power Plus a corrosive (with a pH of 11.1 to 11.8), Super Trump a corrosive (with a pH of 13.0 - 14.0), Monogram bleach disinfectant (with a pH of 12.0 to 12.5), Stainless steel cleaner, Antimicrobial Fruit and Vegetable Cleaner, and Oasis Multi Quat Sanitizer.
