29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(9): Where employees must travel between workplaces during a workshift, the employer did not maintain the material safety data sheets in each workplace or at the primary workplace facility where employees can immediately obtain information the required information in the case of an emergency: On or about August 28, 2018, employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, Clean by Peroxy, Orange Tough 40, ShineLine Baseboard Stripper, and ShineLine Emulsifier Plus, when working to clean a variety of facilities. The employer did not maintain readily accessible chemical safety data sheets at each location or readily accessible during an emergency situation.
