29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(4)(i): The employer did not train each employee who is potentially exposed to cadmium in accordance with the requirements of this section and the employer did not institute a training program, ensure employee participation in the program, and maintain a record of the contents of such program. (a) On or about April 25, 2018 the employer did not institute a training program for cable shop employees who are exposed or potentially exposed to cadmium.
