29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: In the facility at 252 Milford Street, Upton, MA 01568: On and before April 08, 2018, the employer did not provide training to employees on the hazardous chemicals in the workplace including, but not limited to, hazardous gases from a wood-burning boiler (also known as a "stove") in the boiler room while employees performed servicing and maintenance on a Veto 60kW Stoker boiler and Veto 6 fuel burner bin (hopper) and wood particulate and dust from wood processing activities.
