29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: At the machine #7-002 work center, where the robot interlock gate was used by the operator standing in the robot area to work on the die cast machine, the lockout written procedure did not state how de-energization was to be made. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
