29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): Facility: On or about October 16, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer did not ensure that employees in the batch making area that are required to wear tight-fitting respirators while working with chemicals, including but not limited to acetone and isopropyl alcohol, have passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) to prevent employee injury.
