29 CFR 1910.146(k)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each member of the rescue service was provided with, and trained to use properly the personal protective equipment and rescue equipment necessary for making rescues from permit spaces: On or about September 22, 2017, the employer had employees working within railcars, GLNX 24138 and NATX 364178, and the employer had not evaluated a prospective rescuers ability to respond to a rescue summons in a timely manner.
