29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: On or about May 22, 2017 at a residential site, employees used extension ladders to access and egress the roof of a (2) story residential home and the employer failed to provide appropriate training and correct ladder use exposing employees to fall hazards.
