29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Finishing Dept., on or about 3/23/17: Flexible cord providing current to a rheostat box and a flexible cord providing current to a Dayton pedestal fan were pulled loose from their plug fittings. b) Trim Repair Area, on or about 3/23/17: Flexible cord providing current to a rheostat box for the hot knife at the workbench, was pulled loose at the plug fitting.
