29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) Employees wearing tight-fitting respirators on production lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11, unloading bulk liquid chemicals in the unloading area, and maintenance workers performing repairs on production lines, were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, exposing employees to respiratory hazards associated with respirator use.
