29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations shall be identified for the purpose and shall be so constructed or installed that water cannot enter or accumulate in wire ways, lamp holders, or other electrical parts: a) On or about October 26, 2011, and at times prior, Zavanna LLC, as controlling employer, did not ensure that Precision Drilling Company LP, a subcontractor, protected their employees from injury in that, flexible cords were being used in wet locations.
