29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 2 flammable liquids were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container electrically interconnected: a/ Ambrosia Fragrance/Piscataway NJ Site: Mixing/Store Room. Bonding and grounding is not always used when Category 2 flammable liquid(s) are being dispensed. Denatured Ethyl Alcohol (flash point ranging from 55.4 to 60.8 degrees F and boiling point of 173.12 F) is dispensed through a closed piping system into secondary metal and plastic containers. Means to prevent static sources of ignition were not provided. Observed on/or about 04/21/2015.
