29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. In an office in the administrative area, a power cord for a relocatable power tap was not connected so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. Both ends of the cord did not have proper strain relief. The relocatable power tap was used to power a personal computer.
