29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: The employer does not ensure that employees are provided information to the availability of the written hazard communication program and material safety data sheets. This violation occurred on or about July 15, 2013, at the facility where employees were exposed to contact hazards when using chemicals such as, but not limited to, propane without information as to the location and availability of material safety data sheets. Pursuant to 29 C.F. R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are provided information to the availability of the written hazard communication program and material safety data sheets.
