29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange/North Brunswick, NJ - Throughout the warehouse: The employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguishers were readily accessible to employees. Portable fire extinguishers were obstructed by boxes, furniture and other items limiting their access in case of emergency/fire. Condition observed on or about July 2, 2013.
