29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: QT #326, 740 S. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67211 - Employees were exposed to falling objects and struck-by hazards in that hard hats were not provided to protect workers below. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
