29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that is referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas); and, a. At the work site located at 22111 Jericho Road, Glenmont, Ohio, employees used inks to print paper books and a blanket wash solution to clean printing machines. The employer did not have a list of material safety data sheets (MSDS) for employees who worked with hazardous chemicals which included (but was not limited to) blanket wash solution.
