29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Quonset hut; From the period of May 7, 2013 through and including May 21, 2013, the main service disconnect was not labeled to identify it as the isolation point for equipment such as, but not limited to the Mini-mill saw and trim saw. A separate disconnecting means beyond the main service disconnect was not provided for the Mini-mill or trim saw. (b) Quonset hut; From the period of May 7, 2013 through and including May 21, 2013, circuits in a 220 volt circuit breaker box were not labeled.
